The service
Tennis Owl is ATP match research: schedules, player and tournament context, market prices where we have them, and model output (OwlSense) plus written briefings (OwlRead). It is statistical research and visualisation. It is not a sportsbook, not a tipster service, and not advice to bet, trade, or otherwise act.
Coverage, numbers, and copy can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Feeds drop. Models miss. Briefings can be stale. No probability, fair price, or briefing is a prediction you should treat as certain.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. If you use Tennis Owl from a place where that is not enough, you must also meet the higher local age. Do not create an account for someone else.
Accounts
You can browse a limited guest preview. A free account unlocks one analysed match per day. Signing in uses Supabase Auth (email and, when enabled, Google or Apple).
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@tennisowl.io if you think it has been used without you.
Plans and billing
Paid access (Premium) is sold in euro only: weekly and monthly subscription prices shown on the site at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal from Billing on your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not usually refund the current period unless required by law or we say otherwise at checkout.
We may change prices or plans with notice on the site or by email. A change applies from the next renewal unless the law says otherwise.
A founder grant or complimentary Premium does not create a Stripe customer or a right to keep that access forever.
Acceptable use
Use Tennis Owl for your own research. Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish the desk, model output, or briefings. Do not probe the service for access you have not paid for. Do not use it to break the law or to harass anyone.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is abusing the service, including sharing one login across a group to avoid paying.
Our content and third-party data
The Tennis Owl name, layout, and original copy are ours. Match results, rankings, odds, weather, and similar facts come from third-party feeds and public or licensed sources. We do not claim those raw facts as our invention, and we do not promise they are official tour publications.
You may not use our model output or briefings to build a competing product.
Availability
We aim to keep the desk up through the day, including during slams, but we do not guarantee uptime, refresh speed, or that a given match will be analysed before it starts. Maintenance and feed outages happen.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
If you lose money, time, or opportunity after reading Tennis Owl — including if you place a bet — that is your decision. We are not liable for betting losses or for decisions you make from the numbers.
If we are liable for something we cannot disclaim, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the three months before the claim, or €50 if you have not paid, except for liability the law does not let us limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms for later use. Material changes to paid plans will be flagged on the site or by email where we have an address.
